Reasons the apps name

One of the 17, FX Pesa, publishes a list of why a withdrawal shows as pending (FX Pesa help centre, read 2026-10-24):

Other apps name some of these in their terms, as below. A request that comes back refused or returned is a different case: the apps’ terms name one cause, a method other than the deposit one (below).

Verification not finished

Stockity: Passport, ID card or driving licence (photo); proof of address; scanned bank card on request; verification usually under 10 minutes, manual review up to 7 business days; withdrawals paused until done
IQcent: ID is required for all withdrawals. Documents may be requested: identity card, passport, residence permit etc.; proof of address (utility bill, bank statement); source-of-funds document; colour scans; submit within 7 days of request, review within 3 business days

Extra checks at withdrawal

IC Markets: Photo ID (government-issued) and proof of address (not older than 3 months) to open an account; first bank withdrawal needs a copy of the bank statement for the registered account; card withdrawals with a lost/cancelled card need a card-issuer letter
FX Pesa: Proof of identity (National ID or valid passport) and proof of address at account opening; funding source may be verified on first deposit; withdrawal may need extra ID and proof the bank account is yours

A different method from the deposit

A request to another method can be refused or sent back to the deposit method. HFM, IQ Option, Pocket Option and Stockity say the same on their own pages.

FX Pesa: withdrawals are returned to the source of the original payment
Quotex: Withdrawal goes through the same method used to deposit (example given: Visa); crypto withdrawals also exist; no method list or M-Pesa on the FAQ

Stockity: Approval: Standard up to 3 days, Gold up to 24 hours, VIP up to 4 hours; payment providers add a few minutes to 3 business days, rarely 7 days. Agreement 8.7: processed within 3 business days. FAQ: most within 24 hours.

Verification: are your documents accepted? Compare with the Documents column for your app above.
Method: does the withdrawal go to the method you deposited with?
Time: has the app’s published time passed? Count from the request, in the days the app counts.
Bonus: is a bonus still active on the account?
Phone: are the phone number and the mobile network the right ones?

Can I withdraw from Pocket Option without verification?

Its terms ask for an ID document and say more may be requested: ID document scan/photo (passport, driving licence or national ID, full copy incl. photo page); may add bank statement or utility bill for address, ID selfie (photo holding ID), bank card scan; bank transfers need full name/address verification.

Why is my Quotex withdrawal taking long?
